Burdett, Charles Plantagenet Balfour

Son of John Head and Adelaide Burdett, of 15, Waldemar Avenue, Ealing, London. Living with his aunt Mrs Louisa J. Burdett of 6 Alma Road, Clifton, at the time he attended Bristol Grammar School. Younger brother of John H and Sibyl M, and older brother of Cyril F.

Burdett was born on 26/01/1890, and attended the School from Jan - Feb 1898. He served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army, with the Royal Fusiliers 15th and 9th Bn.. Burdett sadly lost his life on 07/07/1916, as a result of the War.

Burdett is also recalled on the Durham University Roll of Honour.
